Window Treatments Tips & Tricks:

It is easy to see your windows in a whole new light with insight from a professional designer. There is a wide variety to choose from valances, Cornices, fabric draperies, shutters, blinds and shades for your windows.

With just a little bit of thought about the look you are trying to achieve, combined with the design savvy of window treatment specialists, windows like those seen in the top design magazines are just days away.

Do not be Afraid to Choose Mix-N-Match Color Schemes:
Most of the people play it safe by selecting neutral window treatments. Nevertheless, mixing two colorful window treatments is a simple way to bring in liveliness and pleasure into a room. Select tones from opposite sides of the color wheel for example, pair a golden honeycomb shade with deep Aubergine velvet panels, to brighten up and add punch to your windows.

Contrast Textures when Mixing Neutrals:
If bright colors are not what you are after, mixing subtle colors in wonderful textures can instantly bring car to donate and ease to your rooms. For example, combining rich silk in an earthy bronze with delicate, sheer georgette in a Addams Family pinball color results in a beautiful effect that goes with any dcor. If your dream windows are a little out of reach right now budget-wise, do not vex. Designing windows is an embryonic process that does not have to be complete all at once. When you move into a new place, privacy and light control are the most important, so focus on installing well-designed and practical window blinds and shades that will be the foundation for your window treatment work of art later. Then, when time and budget allows stratum luxurious panels and draperies or you can also add architectural details like cornices and sconces.
